Placing an order
Using the secure shopping cart
Have you found some jewelry you want to
buy? Here's the drill:
- Click the Buy
button for each item that interests you. (This
does not have to be your "final" decision,
as you can remove it from your cart later.)
Then continue shopping.
- When you have finished shopping,
click Checkout
to arrange the purchase.
- Confirm that your cart contains the
items you wish to buy:
 | If you have changed your
mind about a particular item, click Remove
and then Recalculate
to remove it from your cart. |
 | If you wish to increase
(or decrease) how many of a
particular item you are buying, click the Quantity
button to make this adjustment. |
Next, provide credit card and delivery
information.
Make sure that the purchase
information is correct, then click Submit
Order.
Wait for confirmation that your
order has been successfully processed.
You will also be notified by e-mail
that we have received your order.
Ordering by phone, FAX or mail
Uncomfortable
using a shopping cart? If you prefer, you can
phone or mail in your order. Here's how:
Phone
- jot
down item numbers and quantities, then call us weekdays
between 9 am and 6 pm Central time at 972-699-0071.
We'll do the rest.
FAX - print
out and
include
credit card information, sign and FAX to 913-390-7090.
Mail - simply
print out, complete and mail our Order
Form.

What happens next
Your order should ship within 24
hours. UPS ground is used for most items.
If an item is backordered:
 | You will be informed of the
backorder by e-mail. |
 | If the delay is to be short, your
order will be held until the backordered item(s)
arrive. |
 | If a long delay is anticipated,
your order will usually ship without the backordered
item(s). Those items will then be shipped
separately as they become available, at no extra
charge to you. |
Once you've
entered your order, the rest is up to us.
Just relax and wait for your order to arrive!
