This
third generation design ID-on-Me is
available as either a personal ID
(shown here) or a medical ID bracelet, both
capable of communicating complete, detailed medical and
personal information. The patented bracelet features a
comfortable, lightweight design in a variety of colors
for both children and adults, and waterproof information
inserts that can be easily updated - no
engraving! - for travel, or as
personal conditions or situations change.
The
ID-on-Me bracelet weighs
less than 1/4 ounce. Its soft black elastic fabric wristband
adjusts from approximately 4.5" to 8," so it
slips on and off easily and fits most adults and
children three and older. A 2" larger XL
wristband is available as an accessory.
The
bracelet compartment ends are slotted to allow removal
and replacement of the adjustable strap. To attach
the ID-on-Me to shoes, just remove the wristband and
thread the laces through the compartment slots.
Each ID-on-Me
includes four waterproof Tyvek information inserts.
Additional sets of inserts are available. Using a
permanent marker or pen, you record critical information
to be available in emergency situations. The
ID-on-Me involves no engraving, no 800 numbers to call,
no computer scans or membership fees. Plus, you
are not limited to a few words, and your vital
information remains private unless needed.
